WARRANTY

Any structural damage to your grips that is outside of reasonable wear and tear will be covered by a 30 day warranty. While we are confident in the equipment we offer, we want you to have the peace of mind knowing that you are covered.

ThumbDog reserve the right to decide whether a refund or replacement is appropriate after assessing each claim on an individual basis.

REFUNDS

 

Refunds will be issued after the product is returned and the issue has been assessed and a refund has confirmed as the best course of action. Once a refund has been confirmed, a credit will be processed to your credit card or payment method.

 

RETURNS

 

If returning or exchanging a product, it must still be in as new condition, with no signs of wear and tear or damage. All returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase along with proof of purchase. The cost of returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Sale Items will not be refunded.
